A large number of people has been rendered homeless following a gas explosion in Ibadan on Friday evening.

It was seen in a video hovering on the popular microblogging platform Twitter, that the building caught fire after an explosion of a cooking gas. 

It was a tragic event but as at the time Shegzeblog was gathering the information there was not death casualties although some of the occupants of the building were injured.

According to the information gathered, firefighters around the location has been able to curb the fire as proper check will carried out to see the number of casualties involved in the I incident.
