An American stylist named Courtney, who accidentally shared a cozy photo of herself with the famous Nigerian singer Davido, has shared her side of the story.

This comes after she mistakenly posted a photo of herself with the married singer, followed by a viral video of the singer pleading in tears.

Courtney denies being aware of Davido's marriage and details her side of the story. She explained that she has been a client and friend of the singer for four years, and is also responsible for booking him shows in the U.S.

Regarding the leaked photo, she stated that it was an accident when she was trying to make a post while drunk.

As for the viral video of him pleading, she refused to discuss its origin but admitted to having once shared it on a group chat that included two of her friends. The video was leaked by one of her friends, Bonita Maria, in retaliation to Davido's fans trolling her for reposting the cozy photo of Courtney and Davido on her Instagram Story.

Courtney further clarified that she never knew he was married, as their work-friendship relationship did not extend enough for them to know each other's private lives.

She appealed to all affected parties, insisting that the issue escalated because her friend Bonita succumbed to the temptation of trolling those who criticized her.
