The bandits allegedly attacked the town at 1:00 am, injuring one person and abducting a woman. This incident is not the first time the village has been targeted by bandits, according to Abubakar.

Kabiru Dauda, the representative for Gada-East Constituency in the state House of Assembly, verified the attack, noting that he was informed about it by the village at 2:00 am. Additionally, Habibu Modachi, the representative for Isa Constituency, supported the occurrence and speculated that it may have been in retaliation for recent security operations targeting bandit hideouts two days prior.
