Cubana Chief Priest, already present in the dock, is facing three counts before Justice Kehinde Ogundare. The charges relate to allegations of spraying and mishandling the nation's currency at a social gathering, which contravenes the Central Bank Act of 2007.

The incident in question occurred on February 13, 2024, at Eko Hotel, where Cubana Chief Priest was said to have sprayed Naira notes while dancing at the event, specifically tampering with N500 notes issued by the CBN for approximately two hours.
