The Cumbria police department has verified the apprehension of a Caucasian teenager caught on camera engaging in racial abuse and physical assault against a black student.

Earlier reports from LIB detailed how the white teenager repeatedly punched the black student and demanded that he kiss his soiled boots. In the midst of a group of white peers who encouraged the racist behavior, the black student ultimately complied by kissing the boots.

The Cumbria police department has officially announced the arrest of the white teenager involved in the incident that took place in Carlisle, United Kingdom.
