Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, has returned to Nigeria after a successful working visit to the United States of America. The governor arrived at Muritala Mohammed Airport in Lagos on Wednesday morning, where he was received by government officials.

During his time in the US, Governor Oyebanji engaged in extensive discussions with heads of governments and institutions, business leaders, and development partners. These talks focused on exploring investment opportunities for various projects in Ekiti State, including the state's power infrastructure, the Special Agriculture Processing Zone, and the Ekiti Knowledge Zone.

In addition to these meetings, Governor Oyebanji participated in the US-Africa Business Summit, where he showcased the investment potential of Ekiti State to a global audience. He also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CAVISTA Holdings for a multi-billion naira 100,000-hectare cassava farm in the state.

The governor's visit to the US was a significant step towards attracting investment and promoting economic development in Ekiti State. His engagement with international partners and business leaders demonstrates his commitment to creating opportunities for the state's citizens and driving growth in key sectors.
