Nollywood actress and entrepreneur, Mimi Orjiekwe, is grieving the loss of her father, Ozo Dr Thomas Chukwuike Orjiekwe, who passed away on November 4, 2023 after a brief illness.

Orjiekwe took to her Instagram page to announce the passing of her beloved father, expressing how deeply devastated and heartbroken she is.

She described him as a kind, gentle, and brilliant man who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Orjiekwe asks for privacy during this difficult time as she mourns the loss of her father.

The post reads: “With gratitude to God for a life well spent, we announce the passing unto glory of our dearly beloved father, brother, husband, and uncle, Ozo Dr. Thomas Chukwuike Orjiekwe (OCHENDO) after a brief Illness.

“He was surrounded in his last earthly hours by his loving family that fateful November 4, 2023, a day we shall never forget!

Daddy, words alone cannot express the extent of the hurt we feel following your transition, and how badly we shall miss you! Go well… OCHENDO!

“Details of the burial and funeral programs will be communicated in due course. God bless you all”.
