Father of late Afrobeat singer Mohbad has been slammed with a lawsuit of N200,000,000 following a claim that is son’s will was forged by the management.

Remember that Mr Aloba the father of the late singer had an interview earlier this week and during the interview he claimed that the will he saw which alleged to be his son’s own  was doctored.

Mr Aloba further said that, his son has a signature why thumb print?, this has created a lot of speculation that the management of the late singer and the wife are aware of the forged documents.

Mohbad’s manager has refuted this statement and requested for an apology from the father of the late singer with a whopping lawsuit of N200,000,000 for defamation of name within the next 14days.

According to the statement released “You are to publish same unqualified apology…within 14 days of this letter with payment of N200,000,000 (Two hundred Million Naira) through this honourable chambers (Bankole Falade & Co) within the set period.”

Netizens has reacted to this and the gradually quenched fire of the cause of the singer’s death is about to be ignited again.
