Popular Afrobeat singer and Grammy award nominee Davido has wowed his fans and Netizens after acquiring a landed property worth N4billion Naira on Monday. 

The video of the incurring process surfaced online as the singer emerged the first Nigerian musician that will acquire such an expensive landed property. 

Davido was seen in the company of a Caucasian contractor as he pointed to some of the locations within his view. According to Tunde Ednut, the property cost about N4 billion.
