During an interview on the Bahd & Boujee podcast, popular Nigerian singer Ruger stated that he is not interested in being in a romantic relationship with a girl who does not have a job.

He explained that he enjoys taking his girlfriend on trips and has done so for a month in the past.

When asked why he didn't take her on a six-month tour, he pointed out that she is employed and emphasized that he prefers to date someone who is also working. Ruger, however, chose not to disclose the amount of money in his bank account when probed by the interviewers.
