The attack reportedly started at around 10:30 pm on Thursday and lasted until around 12:10 am, when the armed bandits left the village.Dalhatu Duhuwa, a social media influencer and resident of the village, has called on security agents to be more vigilant and extend their stay in Duhuwa.
Duhuwa has stated that he has information indicating that the bandits are still hiding in the bush near the village, and may attempt another attack. He has urged the security forces to remain alert and prepared to defend the community from any further violence.
Duhuwa's concerns reflect the fear and uncertainty that many residents in Sokoto State feel following the recent attack.
