Netizens has reacted to a video of a lecture who orders his students to hold a dangerous snake around their neck for extra marks.

The video has created a lot of reaction following the risk of life the lecturer is putting the innocent student through for the sake of extra marks.

According to the information gathered by Shegzeblog the python has been in the school reserve for some months and it’s assumed not to be poisonous.

It’s a domestic python. It’s harmless and largely non-venomous to humans. In some parts of the world, especially the Idemili community of Anambra, such python is seen as “sacred” and some welcome it as “pet.”

It’s important that the Vet students interact with their specimen, same way medical students pay knowledge-seeking visits to mortuaries to interact with d£ad bodies.

If they were not medical students that I am sure will never be in labour market for too long searching for jobs, I could have said that they can still earn the mark and later look for job after graduation.”
