Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has spoken out following his arrest by the Lagos State Police Command over allegations of unpaid debts for a G-Wagon purchase.

The artist addressed his fans and followers on social media, making his first public statement since the incident.

Portable’s arrest was reportedly due to accusations of unpaid debts for a G-Wagon vehicle he bought from a car dealer.

According to reports, Portable paid only N13 million of the total N27 million cost, leaving a significant amount unpaid.

He allegedly refused to pay the remaining balance, citing issues with the vehicle.

In his first public statement since the arrest, Portable took to Instagram to share a message of faith and resilience.

In his words;

“God is bigger than everything. Amen if you believe so. God over everything.”
